Objections

We regard your objection as a request to review our certification decision. We will review it and respond to you as soon as possible.
The effective resolution of appeals is important to protect our company, our customers and other users of conformity assessment bodies against errors, omissions or unreasonable behaviour. Confidence in conformity assessment activities is ensured when appeals are taken seriously. We do this in the following steps:

1. Acknowledgement of receipt of the objection
2. Examination of the objection
3. Analysing the objection
4. Notification to the customer
