Impartiality

In order to create trust in the activities and results, it is necessary for the SVB and its staff to be impartial and to be perceived as impartial.

Impartiality means the presence of objectivity. Objectivity is understood to mean that conflicts of interest do not exist or that they are resolved so as not to adversely affect the activities of the organisation.

The SVB hereby confirms that it understands and implements the importance of impartiality when carrying out certifications. It avoids conflicts of interest and guarantees the objectivity of its certification activities.

The SVB undertakes not to allow any commercial, financial or other pressure on impartiality.
